Barb Vlacich

BARB VLACICH is vice president, global sales operations, and chief of staff of Kronos Incorporated. She manages worldwide teams that support the Kronos sales teams and focuses on innovating the buying experience, from reimaging business processes to providing the expertise and resources to support customer interactions. Initially, she joined Kronos as director of HR and payroll services, but was promoted to vice president of presales operations. In 2009, she founded the Kronos Women’s Leadership Forum. Prior to Kronos, she acted as the practice director of human resources management systems at Delphia Consulting and director of North American presales at Sage Software (formerly Best Software). Vlacich has presented at the American Management Association, American Payroll Association, and Massachusetts Conference for Women. For the past seven years, she received the Kronos SVP MVP award for the global sales organization and serves on the boards of United Teen Equality Center and the 2020 Women on Boards Steering Committee. She attended Rider University.
