Anne Marie Bernard

ANNE MARIE BERNARD is a senior vice president and senior director of human resources at MFS Investment Management® (MFS®). Bernard is responsible for leading the business HR function, which includes a global HR business partner team, talent acquisition, global mobility, employee relations, and organizational development. HR support includes the implementation of HR strategy, organizational effectiveness, organizational design, workforce planning and talent management initiatives. She originally joined MFS in 1993 and was rehired in 1999. Throughout her career, Bernard held multiple roles in HR and in global distribution at MFS. She previously served as a senior expatriate compensation specialist with The Gillette Company in Boston, USA. She has also worked at KPMG Pete Marwick in Paris, France and Martell & Company in Cognac, France. Bernard studied at the Oxford & County Business College (UK) and received her diploma in bilingual office and business administration studies.
