ANN STANBERRY is executive vice president and chief strategy officer on the executive leadership team of Liberty Mutual Insurance. She helps the organization understand trends and disruption, set the overall strategy and long-term direction, drive cross-business unit engagement, execute key strategic priorities across the enterprise, and innovate new products and services that position Liberty for future success. She oversees multiple teams, including Liberty Mutual’s internal consulting organization, the Liberty Mutual Group Alignment team, Liberty Mutual’s Strategic Venture fund, and Solaria Labs. As executive co-sponsor of the Leading and Empowering Asian and Ally Professionals (LEAAP) @Libertyemployee resource group (ERG), Stanberry provides strategic guidance to the LEAAP leadership team to help drive greater awareness, understanding, and support. She was previously national co-lead of the Culture & Employee Experience group for WE@Liberty. Stanberry is on the board of Visible Hands, as well as Nurtury. She is also a member of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Mobility Vision Global Advisory Board. Stanberry earned her BS in economics and MBA from Duke University.
