Alice Monteiro

ALICE MONTEIRO is head of talent acquisition and diversity, equity, & inclusion at Ocean Spray. She leads Ocean Spray’s strategies to foster an environment of equity and inclusion, and bring diverse talent into the organization globally. Her collaborative efforts reach Ocean Spray team members through employee resource groups and professional development opportunities focused on growing diverse leaders and building business teams with top talent. Monteiro says, “It’s a privilege to develop strategies and identify the right opportunities for talented individuals to join our cooperative and do meaningful work on behalf of our farmer-owners!” Prior to joining Ocean Spray, her work in the non-profit sector was dedicated to addressing the issues of mental health in our communities and building programming to support the emotional and physical well-being of children and families. Monteiro earned her MBA from Bridgewater State University and lives in Massachusetts with her husband and two sons. @OceanSprayInc
