Massachusetts Conference for Women and Virtual Career Fair Sweepstakes OFFICIAL RULES

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

Throughout our event there are opportunities to enter to win various items within exhibit and sponsor booths. Unless otherwise noted in an exhibitor’s booth, the following are rules that govern all sweepstakes/drawings in the events (referred to as “Sweepstakes”).

Sponsor. The Sweepstakes are occurring during the Virtual Career Fair and Conference which are sponsored by the Massachusetts Conference for Women, P.O. Box #75355, Boston, MA 02205-5071. Some exhibitors within the event will have individual sweepstakes as part of their booth and those sweepstakes are sponsored by that organization.

Agreement to official rules. By participating in the Sweepstakes you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other territories and possessions of the United States) who have registered to attend the Virtual Career Fair and/or the Massachusetts Conference for Women. The Sweepstakes commences on December 1, 2021 at 9:00 am Eastern Time and ends on December 17, 2021 at 5:00 pm Eastern Time. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, illegible or incomplete entries or for issues with entry due to technical difficulties. Limit one entry per drawing per person. Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to change the Sweepstakes rules at any time in its sole discretion, and retains the right of final decision in all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes. Due to unforeseen circumstances that can arise from time to time, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the Sweepstakes at any time. The Sweepstakes is void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Entry. Participants will enter individual drawings within exhibit booths throughout the Virtual Career Fair and Massachusetts Conference virtual environments. Entries can require participants to enter their information separately so the sponsor can collect information required to deliver the prize(s). Winners will be notified by email.

Participants may also enter to win by completing the online entry form.

Prizes and odds of winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes are awarded based on chance. Winners are required to pay taxes on prizes, where applicable. A full list of prizes can be found on the Sweepstakes Prizes page.

Privacy. The personal information received by Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used for purposes of administration of the Sweepstakes and as otherwise permitted in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.

Governing Law: These official rules and the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Massachusetts without regard to conflicts of laws principles.

Winner List: For the names of the prize winners or a copy of these rules, write to Massachusetts Conference for Women, P.O. Box #75355, Boston, MA 02205-5071. Requests for the name of the prize winners or for a copy of these rules received before December 17, 2021 or after January 15, 2022 will not be honored.
