Being Global: Building Your Career Outside of “Boston”

One area of focus that is important for women to think about is their careers and possible career trajectory NOT only in terms of local Boston opportunities, but how they can operate and succeed in a global matrix organization. This discussion will explore how to work across geographies and cultures and what it takes to succeed. We will also address the stereotype that women “aren’t mobile” — and offer strategies for not only breaking the stereotype, but mobilizing and going where the opportunities lie.
