Anne M. Finucane

Anne M. Finucane is global strategy and marketing officer at Bank of America, and is also a member of the company’s executive management team. During her 16 years as a senior leader at Bank of America and its legacy firms, Finucane has served as senior advisor to the company’s chief executive officers, with a focus on corporate-wide public policy and marketing strategy. In that capacity, Finucane oversees public policy, government affairs, consumer policy and corporate social responsibility, leading the company’s engagement and position on global and domestic policies, current and proposed legislation, and other public affairs affecting Bank of America globally; and she oversees the largest community development and investment goal ever established by a U.S. financial institution ($1.5 trillion over 10 years). Finucane also leads the company’s marketing, research, advertising and communications organization, positioning Bank of America and its lines of business around the world. In addition, she oversees a 10-year, $2 billion philanthropic giving goal through the Bank of America Charitable Foundation, one of the largest corporate philanthropic organizations in the world. Active in the community, Finucane serves on the board of CVS Caremark Corporation, and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. She also serves on the boards of Carnegie Hall, the Special Olympics International Board of Trustees, the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation, Partners Healthcare, The American Ireland Fund and the International Center of Journalists.
