Beth Grous

BETH GROUS is the chief people officer at TripAdvisor. She is responsible for leading the global human resources organization and driving the people strategy for TripAdvisor, the world’s largest travel site, enabling travelers to plan and book the perfect trip. TripAdvisor branded sites make up the largest travel community in the world, reaching 375 million unique monthly visitors, and more than 250 million reviews and opinions covering 5.2 million accommodations, restaurants and attractions. TripAdvisor sites operate in 45 countries worldwide. Prior to joining TripAdvisor, Grous was at Nuance Communications, a global provider of speech and imaging solutions, where she was senior vice president of human resources. Before joining Nuance, she spent three years at Sanofi Corporation, a global healthcare organization, serving as VP of HR. She also held a number of roles at Genzyme Corporation for nine years, including VP of HR, before it was acquired by Sanofi.
