Speaker proposal submission for 2019 is currently OPEN through May 1st. 


If you have already submitted a proposal for the current year, we kindly ask that you refrain from checking in on the status, due to the extremely high volume of entries we receive. We review all proposals carefully, and will reach out by Aug 1st directly if we find a fit, or have additional questions. 


  • If you are interested in submitting a proposal for one of our sister conferences, please simply denote that in your proposal. 
  • Please note that we reserve book sales for currently confirmed speakers only. 
  • We do not have a waiting list for last minute speaking roles.  
  • As a non-profit, our speaking roles are unpaid. If you require an honorarium to speak, please do not submit a proposal.
  • We do not accept proposals for keynote roles. 
  • Once you have submitted a proposal, please kindly refrain from emailing to check on the status of your entry. We will be in touch directly by August 1st if we’d like to invite you to join us this year.
