Ann Pardo

Ann Pardo is director of life management at Canyon Ranch. Pardo is a certified coach who has worked in the field of behavioral health for over 30 consecutive years. She is a nationally renowned speaker and has been acclaimed as an educator who can entertain. Her interests in the field include aging, care-giving, spirituality, grief and loss, grief and creativity, dance therapy, body image and self-respect, stress management, relationships and hypnotherapy. Pardo has moved forward her knowledge of biofeedback into brain research. She is passionate about whole person wellness and self-expression and shares her knowledge and intentional style in ways that help others redesign their lives. Pardo earned her M.S. in counseling from Northeastern Illinois University, as well as a B.S. in dance therapy from Columbia College of Chicago and a B.S. in Italian literature from the University of Massachusetts. She is certified in gerontology, an approved clinical supervisor, national certified counselor and a licensed counselor in the State of Arizona.
