Parking Lots and Public Transportation for the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center

Please allow additional time for your trip. This event has a large local draw which may cause traffic delays. Additionally, there are only 1,340 parking spaces in the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC) South lot—and 10,000 conference attendees, so you should plan to park off-site.

Carpooling is highly recommended!

All charter drop-off is located on the BCEC’s West Drive.

Public Transportation Is an Excellent Option

The BCEC is easily accessible by Public Transportation. Below is the link to the MBTA Trip Planner, which will show you the most direct ways to get to the BCEC from your location. Additionally, the link to the MBTA Parking Options will show you which train, subway and bus stations have parking.

Additionally, there are a number of private bus services that will bring you into South Station. Click here to download a list of providers [DOC] including fares, travel times, and websites.

Parking On-Site

Parking at the BCEC South Parking Lot is $15 for self-parking and $25 for valet. Parking on-site is limited; only 1,340 spaces are available for self-parking and another 600 spaces for valet. A complimentary shuttle will provide service from the South Lot to the Northwest Level 1 vestibule doors on December 9th from noon – 10pm and December 10th from 6am-6pm.

This lot will be available to MA Conference for Women and Opening Night attendees on both Wednesday December 9th and Thursday December 10th from 5am – 11:59pm. Cars may not be parked overnight.

If you plan to park on site, please plan to arrive early. If you are arriving after 7:00 am on the 8th, you should plan to go directly to the off-site lots to save time.

VALET PARKING will be located at the cut-out across from the Westin Hotel. The parking operator uses a combination of on-site parking facilities. Valet cost is $25 per vehicle. Operating hours: 12/9: 4pm-10pm; 12/10: 6am – 6pm.

Parking Off-Site

In order to accommodate everyone’s parking needs, additional parking will be available around the South Boston Waterfront area.
