Tracy Pitcher

TRACY PITCHER serves as senior vice president of the Comcast greater Boston region. In this role, she is the company’s top executive responsible for the products, services and customer service experience of more than 1.9 million Comcast residential and business customers in more than 300 communities in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine.  In her former role as SVP of customer operations for Comcast Business Services, Pitcher oversaw the strategic direction and organizational effectiveness of service delivery, technical operations and care across all divisions for all business customer segments. Pitcher was recognized in 2016 by the Boston Business Journal as a Woman of Influence, and the 2016 CableFax 100 issue. In 2015, she was recognized in the CableFax Most Powerful Women in Cable issue and was named by Philadelphia Business Journal as one of its 2013 Women to Watch. FierceTelecom named her one of its 2012 Women of Wireline. In 2008, Pitcher was among those named in Multichannel News’ 40 under 40’ issue. In 2015, she was recognized by the GreaterPhiladelphia Chapter of WICT and received the Catalyst Award for Leadership. She graduated from Women in Cable Telecommunications’ (WICT) prestigious Betsy Magness Leadership Institute, the Harvard Business School Cable Executive Management Program, and Wharton Women’s Executive Leadership Program.
