Mary Beth Moynihan

MARY BETH MOYNIHAN is senior vice president of corporate strategy and marketing at Boston Scientific. She oversees corporate strategy and research, health economics and reimbursement, digital marketing, corporate communications and marketing excellence functions.   These teams collaborate on the development of Boston Scientific’s strategic and commercial vision and support the successful execution of the company’s strategic imperatives.  They are responsible for executing a disciplined and rigorous approach to strategic planning, utilizing adaptable health economics and reimbursement strategies to accelerate adoption of Boston Scientific’s innovative technologies, communicating the company’s mission and core values, and improving sales and marketing effectiveness by expanding the use of digital technologies across their commercial model.  Moynihan joined Boston Scientific in 1997 and has held several marketing positions within Boston Scientific’s peripheral interventions and vascular surgery divisions.  After eight years in marketing, she held the position of vice president, new business, strategy and portfolio for peripheral interventions and subsequently led business development efforts for the cardiovascular businesses.   Most recently, Moynihan served as the vice president of corporate strategic planning and research.  Moynihan earned a B.A. in economics and mathematics from Williams College and an MBA from The Wharton School. @bostonsci
