Kam Unninayar

KAM UNNINAYAR is the vice president finance of the laboratory products and services segment at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Thermo Fisher is the world leader in serving science, with annualized revenues of $17 billion and 50,000 employees in 50 countries. In her current role, Unninayar provides global financial leadership and business partnership driving value for a business segment with $6.6 billion in revenues. She joined Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2005 and led finance in various roles and across multiple businesses during her tenure. As a founding executive sponsor of the “Finance Women’s Leadership Team” at Thermo Fisher Scientific, she is committed to the development, enrichment and advancement of women in finance. Prior to joining Thermo Fisher, Unninayar held various finance roles with increasing responsibility at H.J. Heinz Co., Philip Morris Inc., Colgate-Palmolive Co., Yum Inc. and PepsiCo. Her experience includes financial strategy, planning and analysis, business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, financial operations and controllership. Unninayar is a graduate of University of Delhi, earned an M.S. in finance from Wichita State University and is also a CPA. @thermofisher
