EGYPT SHERROD is the host of HGTV’s all new “Flipping Virgins,” and the top-rated, “Property Virgins,” which ran for 16 seasons. Sherrod is an award winning Realtor®, and the CEO of the Atlanta-based Egypt Sherrod Real Estate Group. She’s made recurring appearances as the home buyers and sellers “go-to girl” on NBC’s “Today Show,” CNBC, FOX, CNN, HLN as well as being featured on Fast Company, Yahoo, Homes.com, Rolling Stone, Black Enterprise and a host of other publications and digital platforms. Licensed in two states, she is also the real estate columnist for Atlanta Magazine’s HOME. Sherrod is the author of the NAACP Image award-nominated “Keep Calm…It’s Just Real Estate: Your No-Stress Guide To Buying A Home.” As a 20 year award winning radio personality, Sherrod has been syndicated in more than 60 cities throughout the country. She is also the founder of the Egypt Cares Family Foundation, an Atlanta based 501c-3 that provides free workshops on home ownership and its benefits, credit management and credit restoration classes. Sherrod is a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia with a B.A. in broadcasting, telecommunications and mass media.
