2016 Session | How to Lead…When You’re Not in Charge

Leadership has nothing to do with positional authority and everything to do with how well you influence outcomes and inspire others. This session shares action-oriented practices that allow you to lead and impact change even if you are not “in charge.” Dive deeper with Courtney Lynch, who will draw on her personal leadership experiences as an industry expert as well as share her personal story of “Accidental Leadership” given her role as a U.S. Marine and how that experience propelled her to where she is now. Attendees will learn the core behaviors of influential leadership: credibility, authenticity, emotional resolve and confidence.
