Volunteer

Call for Volunteers

We're looking for volunteers to help us set up the day before the Conference, and to keep things running smoothly the day of the Conference. We also ask that you help us spread the word about the Conference to your friends, colleagues and co-workers.

In exchange for your time and effort, we'll give you free admission to the Conference, which includes keynotes, breakout sessions, the exhibit hall and Career Fair. Parking and travel costs are not covered by the Conference.

There are 3 time periods for which we staff volunteers.

Wednesday, December 8th (day before conference) 10:30 a.m. until 3:00
Thursday, December 9th (day of conference) 6:30 a.m. until 11:30
Thursday, December 9th (day of conference) 11:30 a.m. until 3:45

Volunteer tasks include: bag assembly/stuffing, bag distribution, holding directional arrows, setting up for luncheon, assisting with registration check-in, speaker escorts, and room monitors. You will receive your assignment when you arrive at the Conference site; we cannot promise specific responsibilities to anyone in advance.

If you are interested in volunteering, we highly recommend you complete the online form as soon as possible. Opportunities are limited. We will accept volunteer applications until all spots are filled. You will receive a confirmation email indicating that your form has been submitted.
