Bobbi Dangerfield

BOBBI DANGERFIELD leads global sales operations (GSO) at Dell.  In her role, Dangerfield is responsible for enabling sales productivity, business growth and customer experience while driving operational excellence and flawless execution.  She also serves as North America co-chair of Dell’s Women in Search of Excellence (Wise) employee resource group, which is focused on enabling women to grow and thrive through networking, leadership and expertise. She previously initiated Wise chapters in Malaysia and El Salvador. She is currently a member of Dell’s Global Diversity Council, helping drive diversity initiatives throughout the company in partnership with council chair Michael Dell. Dangerfield has more than 20 years of experience in information systems, customer service and customer relationship management. Prior to joining Dell, she held positions at Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway and IBM. She is a member of the board of directors for Dress for Success Austin and serves on the leadership council on Advancing Women in the Workplace. Dangerfield earned her B.B.A. in marketing management from Dallas Baptist University and her M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University. @dell
